For your child's trial class, we ask that girls wear leggings or leotards, with comfortable athletic gear such as sports t-shirts worn over the top to the gym, whilst boys should wear training vests with shorts. In any case it is important that all clothing worn to class should be athletic and lightweight, suitably allowing for flexible movement in order that your child can participate fully and make the most of their trial session.
What To Bring
Your child may bring small items such as a bottle of water to the gym. It is also essential that they bring any medical equipment (such as inhalers for asthma) with them, placing it on top of the first aid box inside the gym (rather than leaving it inside the changing room where it is harder to access).
What Not To Wear
In accordance with our club rules' policy, we ask that trial attendees do not wear skirts, jeans or other casual and formal wear as only sportswear and club uniform are permitted in the gym. It is very important that the children can move freely and comfortably when participating in our high-energy sport.
What Not to Bring
We must also inform you that jewellery, watches and any dangerous, sharp or valuable objects are banned from the gym, whilst mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent. These measures are crucial for child safety and essential to ensure the smooth running of our sessions.
